Roof Windows & Skylights
Roof lights, skylight windows and ventilation supplied and fitted, flashed and sealed properly the first time.
A roof window transforms a dark loft or extension, but only if it is fitted as part of the roof rather than cut into it. We supply and fit roof windows, skylights and roof lights from the major manufacturers, with the correct flashing kit for your tile or slate.
We also sort roof ventilation: tile vents, ridge ventilation and eaves vents that stop condensation building up in the loft space, a problem we find behind most mouldy lofts we survey.

Common questions
In most cases yes, without touching the structure for standard sizes between rafters. We check the roof, confirm the position and fit the window with its proper flashing kit, usually in a day.
Usually not, as most roof windows fall within permitted development. Conservation areas and listed buildings can be different, and we will flag it at survey if yours needs consent.
