Common questions
EPDM is usually the best value for straightforward roofs and lasts 30 plus years. GRP gives a hard seamless finish suited to walkways and complex shapes. Modern felt is the budget option and far better than its reputation. We will recommend based on your roof, not our stock.
A properly built warm deck EPDM or GRP roof should last 25 to 40 years. Our installations carry a 20 year insurance backed guarantee.
