A senior surveyor visits, inspects the roof close up and by drone where access allows, and photographs everything we find. Free, and genuinely without obligation.

Within 48 hours you receive an itemised quotation covering materials, scaffolding, waste and VAT. One fixed price, valid for 60 days, no extras invented later.

Scheduling & protection
We agree dates, arrange scaffolding and permits, order materials and protect your garden, driveway and neighbours before a single tile is lifted.

Installation, done properly
Our own crew strips, repairs and rebuilds to current British Standards, with a working foreman on site and the site left tidy every single evening.

Every roof is different, but as an honest guide: a terraced re-roof in concrete tile typically starts around £9,000 to £14,000, a semi £12,000 to £18,000, and natural slate or heritage work sits higher depending on access and detailing. Your free survey produces an exact fixed price, so you will never have to guess.
Most family homes take five to ten working days including scaffolding. Larger or heritage properties can run to three weeks. We give you a dated programme before work starts and our crews stay on your job until it is finished, never splitting between sites.
Yes. We make the property safe, produce a full photographic damage report with measurements, and provide the itemised quotation your insurer needs. We deal with loss adjusters every week and can speak to them directly if you prefer.
Workmanship and materials, in writing, backed by an independent insurance policy. If a tile we fixed slips in year twelve, we come back and fix it free. The insurance backing means the cover stands even if the company were ever unable to honour it.

We work with reclamation yards and specialist manufacturers across the country, and we regularly source handmade peg tiles, Welsh slate and leadwork profiles for listed and conservation area properties. Where an exact match is impossible we will tell you honestly and show you the closest alternatives.
