Complete Roofing South East is a family run roofing company based in East Grinstead, with crews working out of Crawley and Redhill. We cover West Sussex, Surrey, Kent and East Sussex, and we have done since 1989.
Nearly four decades in, most of our work still comes from recommendation and repeat customers. That only happens when you turn up when you say you will, do the job properly, leave the site tidy and come back without a fuss if something is not right.
Every job, from a single slipped tile to a full re-roof, is carried out by our own employed roofers, surveyed free of charge, quoted in writing at a fixed price and guaranteed for 20 years.
Our own craftsmen
Every roof is installed by our directly employed, CSCS carded team. We never subcontract, so the standard never varies.

A full photographic survey and an itemised fixed price before any commitment. The price we quote is the price you pay.

Insurance backed guarantees underwritten independently, so your cover survives even if the unthinkable happens to us.

Survey & drone inspection
A senior surveyor visits, inspects the roof close up and by drone where access allows, and photographs everything we find. Free, and genuinely without obligation.

Fixed written quotation
Within 48 hours you receive an itemised quotation covering materials, scaffolding, waste and VAT. One fixed price, valid for 60 days, no extras invented later.

Scheduling & protection
We agree dates, arrange scaffolding and permits, order materials and protect your garden, driveway and neighbours before a single tile is lifted.

Installation, done properly
Our own crew strips, repairs and rebuilds to current British Standards, with a working foreman on site and the site left tidy every single evening.

Sign off & 20 year cover
A final joint inspection, full photographic record, Building Control certificate where required and your insurance backed guarantee documents in hand.
